조금 늦게 체크인했습니다. 저넉에는 블루동 체크인 카운터에서 체크인 가능하다고 합니다 모바일로 비밀번호. 이용권 등을 알려줘서 편리합니다. 지하로 연걸된 통로로. 편의점. 식당. 등 이용할 수 있어서 편리합니다. 침구는 편하고. 무료 생수 2개 있어요. 위치는 좋습니다.

방이 샹각보다 넓고 참 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 아침 조식도 뷔페로 넓은 장소에서 다양한 메뉴로 편안하게 잘 먹었습니다. 다만, 저녁 8시 쯤 도착해서 체크인하러 프론트에 갔는데 접수를 받는 직원도 없고 6시 이후에는 리조트 쪽에서 체크인 절차를 밟으라는 안내만 있고 좀 난감했습니다. 게다가 비가 내리는 상황이라 더 당황스러웠던 것 같네요.

곳곳에 먼지와 욕실에 머리카락들이 거슬렸지만 객실은 넓은 편이고 침구류가 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 작은 문제로 다칠뻔해서 피드백을 드렸는데 잘 해결되길 바라며 다음에 다시 방문하겠습니다.

Phoenix hotel is located right in Phoenix snow park. And they have direct access to the slopes so very convenient: An area of improvement - the whole ski equipment ski wear rental is very confusing. We don’t speak Korean and the ski rental counter speaks only Korean so we ended up paying 200000 KRW for one half day ski pass and a day ski wear rental: advice - use google translate to be very precise what you are paying for The club suite room is big and spacious and very comfortable beds . Will stay again albeit a bit pricey on room rates

At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.
